Daycare drop-off is Monday through Friday between 6:00 AM and 9:30 AM.
Dogs can begin daycare at 4 months of age, provided they meet all of our daycare requirements.
Dogs attending daycare are required to be current on:
Bordetella — every 6 months
Rabies
Influenza
Distemper
Leptospirosis (Lepto)
All required vaccinations must be current before your dog can attend daycare.
Male dogs must be neutered after 6 months of age before attending daycare.
No. Female dogs do not have to be spayed to attend daycare. However, female dogs cannot attend daycare while they are in heat. They may return to daycare once their heat cycle is completely over.
Absolutely! We are happy to feed your dog during the day. Please provide their food and feeding instructions when you drop them off.
We let the dogs outside approximately every hour to hour and a half throughout the day. When the weather is nice, we may spend a significant portion of the day enjoying our outdoor area.
Our secure, gated outdoor area gives the dogs another place to play, relax, exercise, and enjoy enrichment. We have comfortable beds for dogs who want to relax, as well as activities such as a splash pad, pools, sandbox, and more. Outdoor activities vary depending on the weather and the dogs in our care.
No. Dogs are never left alone at Woo Woo's Pet Adventure. There is always a staff member or staff members present with the dogs.
No! We understand that every family's schedule is different. There is no required number of daycare days per week. Your dog's schedule can stay the same each week, or it can vary from week to week depending on your schedule and your family's needs.
We are happy to work with your schedule and provide a flexible daycare option for you and your dog.
We maintain a ratio of approximately one staff member for every 10 dogs. This allows us to actively supervise the dogs and provide the attention and care they need throughout the day.
Yes! We follow positive reinforcement training practices throughout the day. We use praise, encouragement, rewards, and positive interactions to reinforce appropriate behaviors and help make daycare a positive experience for every dog.
No. We do not discriminate based on breed. Every dog is evaluated individually based on temperament, behavior, play style, energy level, comfort level, and whether group daycare is an appropriate and safe environment for that particular dog.
We use Rescue and KennelSol cleaning products as part of our regular cleaning and sanitation routine.
